TGR Speed Series 打頭陣的賽事，就是 TGR 八仙嶺！賽事將於 2023 年 9 月 24日 隆重舉行！八仙嶺為新界東北部的有名的山脈，坐落於大埔大尾督旁邊，有八個山峰此起彼伏，鄉民將之與中國道教八仙傳說結合，因而以命名為「八仙嶺」。從西到東，分別為純陽峰、鍾離峰、果老峰、拐李峰、曹舅峰、采和峰、湘子峰及仙姑峰。加上屏風山、黃嶺及犁壁山，有如一塊屏風聳立在大地上，氣勢雄偉；新娘潭路旁的降下坳燒烤場同時作為賽事的起點及終點
Being an opening event in the Hong Kong Trail Running season , TGR would like to bring you this trail challenge offering two distance choices at 30K and 18K and as well as our Family 5K adventure fun. Runners will start together at Kong Ha Au BBQ Site, follow on the multi-terrain
18 公里的賽道很適合初接觸越野跑的跑手，前半段相當好跑，主要完成烏七古道的上坡段之後，便是在相對平緩的橫七古道及八仙嶺八仙嶺自然教育徑前進，然後轉而下降至新娘潭路燒烤場地3 號的檢查站。之後重新沿著八仙嶺自然教育徑，在中間折而攀上仙姑峰的長長石級，開始挑戰八仙嶺的八個山峰。去到犁壁山後，便轉而下山，接入橫七古道，及烏七古道。最後在新娘潭路左轉，再跑 600 公尺返回終點降下坳燒烤場。
The 18km course is very suitable for runners who are new to trail running. The first half is quite easy to run. After completing the uphill section of the Wu Tsat Ancient Trail, they continue on the relatively gentle Wang Tsat Ancient Trail and Pat Sin Leng Nature Trail. They soon run downhill to the checkpoint at Bride's Pool Road BBQ Area Site 3. They go back Pat Sin Leng Nature Trail again, turning left in the middle and climbing up the long steps of Sin Kwu Fung to tackle the eight peaks of Pat Sin Leng. Once on Lei Pik Shan, they running down the mountain and take Wang Tsat Ancient Trail and Wu Tsat Ancient Trail. Finally, they will hit Bride's Pool Road again and run another 600 meters back to the finish.
